South Africa is the world’s fastest growing
drug market. Billions are spent on
illegal substances annually. Make no mistake, school children are a target
market and are regularly exposed to drugs through dealers and peers. Not only
this but children need to be informed on the dangers of alcohol abuse and learn
to have a healthy understanding of alcohol usage. The Drug Education
Agency (DEA) focuses on educating children and teenagers (as well as adults,
parents and teachers) on the dangers of taking drugs and the abuse of alcohol.
Over the last 8 years we have developed a Program called the BU Manual which runs in schools Parent 2 Parent Equipping (support groups) which
run every second week at Atlantic Christian Assemblies.

Life Church Prison ministry brings the good news of Jesus Christ to the inmates to enable them to receive life in the full through Jesus Christ. We disciple, teach, witness, pray, encourage the inmates through bible study and various programs to become productive and responsible members of society, move from brokenness to wholeness and help prepare them for leaving prison and adapt to community. We follow through after they left prison until they become fully grown as believers of Jesus Christ and link them up with relevant networks and support groups. We are privileged to be part of what God wants to do through them and to see them reach their full potential in God. For more information for information, contact: Yvonne Kiewiet on 0768870029 or
