If you could have one verse framed to hang in your house, which verse would you choose? Out of 31 102 verses in the Bible, you would have a difficult time coming up with a more meaningful scripture than Galations 2:20

“Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not ‘mine’, but it is lived by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.”

My God is real. My God is relevant. My God is alive. The life I live is not mine, it is lived by faith in the Son of God who loves me and gave His life for me. He is my hope, my future, my comfort and my purpose. He is my pulse; without Him I have no life.

I share with others what God has done for me with great joy because He is the God of new beginnings. I can love others because God first loved me. Above all else, I endeavor to know Him better; as my Lord, my father and my friend and to do my best to give Him glory in the way I live the life He gave me, the life Jesus showed me was possible.

I do all I can to live His life, in mine. He is my PULSE!

Pulse is the Young Adult ministry at Life Church (18 to 35 years), which is a vibrant fellowship ranging from students to those newly establishing themselves in careers.

Quelimane Life Church was birthed ten years ago through a school's life skill programme that was run in Patrice Lumumba, a local high school by Annmaree Jorge. The first cell group was established in her home in the city with approximately 20 young people. Annmaree and Oswaldo, who was one of the emerging leaders at the time, developed and trained a core group over the next two and a half years that became the prototype cell from which the entire ministry that you see today has grown out of. Many of the young leaders from that cell have become the church planters and zone supervisors facilitating cells and social ministries all over our cities today.

From 2006, Life Church Malawi has been a grass-root effort that originates and has been led by Pastor Jarvis Msonda after attending Bible School at Life Church Cape Town. It started as street children's ministry in the city of Blantyre, and then began to reach out in schools with HIV Aids awareness programs and the gospel. A number of young men started to meet in Jarvis' house for prayers, which lead to training them to become mature leaders and moving them to other districts to spread the Gospel. But the Lord has been adding more to their numbers and they have been carrying the message of hope into the communities within the City. Life Church has grown from a single cell to 17 cell groups. Life Church Malawi have opened other ministries within church to touch the city with Life Projects.
